Lukhbir Gill- President and CEO

Founder and chief visionary at B & G Group, Inc. , Lukhbir draws upon his extensive expertise in the banking and financial industries as well as his development experience in Northern California. The grandson of a successful developer in India, Lukhbir came to the U.S. in 1985 to study business and law. Since 1997, Lukhbir has been developing and managing office and retail projects in Santa Rosa and northern Sonoma County.

Christina Gill- CFO

Christina co-founded B & G Group, Inc. in 1997, and has been a major asset to the company in area of operations and property management. Christina has over twenty years experience in the areas of real estate and banking, and recently went back to school and earned her BS in Computer Science. Prior to founding B & G, she was a top producing loan officer and production manager for a leading national mortgage banker, and now her drive to be the best has allowed the company to grow quickly and smoothly, while working behind the scenes.

Hardeep Gill- Vice President of Operations

Hardeep Gill joined B&G Group, Inc in 2010 after graduating from San Francisco State University. Proir to that he has worked with Swinterton Builders as a Project Engineer assisting on projects in Hawaii. Curretly Hardeep is in charge of all of the facilities and retail operations of B&G as well as assisting in growing the companies operations.
